Avocado Crema
First things first, avocado anything is okay by me.
This crema was made because i had SO many ripe avocados one day and decided i wanted to make a luxurious sauce so this is what happened. I also want to clear something up before you all get up in arms- i know this isn’t a real crema. Chill people. I’m simply sharing MY TAKE on a traditional crema with a healthier, lighter, more mediterranean vibe.

Ingredients:
1. 1 large, ripe hass avocado or 2 smaller ripe ones
2. 1 tbsp salt
3. 3 tbsp plain greek yogurt
4. 1/2 lemon squeezed
5. 1/2 tsp red chili flakes
6. 1/2 cup cilantro
Method:
1. Place all of your ingredients in a food processor and set on high for 3-4 minutes or until the consistency is creamy, smooth and no lumps are left.
2. Enjoy!
